February 14th - Hearts of Hope launch in the atrium of Beaverton Christian Church.  Please stop by the table in support of this year's camp.  Applications are available for those who wish to invest time in the kids.  Help us undecorate our tree, donned with various levels of donations available for those who are able to support the ministry financially.  AND we have candy!  Stop by to see us.

April 16th - Kings For The Kids fishing tournament.   "FISH ON!!!" might be something you hear yelled from your very own fishing guide as you relax spending a day on the river.  And, they bait your hook.  This fund-raiser has been great fun year after year for helpers, sponsors, guides and fishing partners, and it's all for a good cause too.    Not so sure you want to fish?  Ask us about additional ways to get involved.

May 15th - Drive-By-Giving.  This is a new fund raising event this year, and we need volunteers of all ages from school age to grand parent age.  We are meeting at Beaverton Christian Church at 9:15, leaving for the event from 10:00 until 2:00, and then returning to BCC to celebrate our success.  Please plan to join us and call Jeannie for more details.

May 16th - Birthday Boxes and needs board in the atrium of Beaverton Christian Church. 

June 6th - Mandatory training for ALL volunteers from 1:00 until 5:00 at Beaverton Christian Church.  Feed you?  You bet!

June 13th - Mandatory training for NEW volunteers only from 1:00 until 5:00 at Beaverton Christian Church.  Count on food being involved.

July 28th - Work Party.  Volunteers, family and friends are welcome to join us for this fun event as we prepare all the last minute details for camp....and yes, we'll feed you.  Open house from 3:30 until finished.

August 1st - Make-up Training.   Offered for anyone who missed one of the trainings above. 

August 8th - Commissioning Service during both services, then enjoy lunch on your own with your families before .... "headin' for the Royal Family Kids' Camp, headin for a lot of fun!"  Plan to be at camp by 3:00.  Your families are welcome to join us to help set up camp.  We'll have our meeting with additional training and team building.  Full-time counselors will spend Sunday night at camp.

August 9th - Kids' registration at Beaverton Christian Church.

August 13th - Return from camp to reunite children with families, but not before they sing songs and we show pictures of what a great week everyone had.  Later, volunteers and family will enjoy the Welcome Home dinner to laugh, cry, and share stories of the week.  From this moment on, the 2-deep rule does not apply....until next year that is!!
